As of the 2010 season, GMS camp is set up to accept credit card payments via Paypal – under limited circumstances and when cleared in advance by our director, Jo-Anne Crawford.

Much as we would love to accept credit card payments from all of our camper families, each credit card transaction costs us a significant percentage in processing fees. monitor web page for changes We are a small non-profit organization that operates on a small budget. Please understand that we prefer to reserve any and all additional funds for our camp enrichment fund and also to assist local families with camp scholarships.

Our Island Chickens

Last  Summer, as our  09  campers are aware, we   housed three chickens on  Ram Island.  They were  a  constant source of  entertainment and, as an added  bonus, ate their  share of Island bugs as well as our household food scraps.

Jeff built them  a luxury condo on the  mainland  for  the winter and  they continue  to lay eggs regularly… a testament to  their contentedness.
